Sanders Funeral Home is pleased to offer our extensive data base of funeral records for family research. Developed through the effort of the South Plains Genealogical Society and Betty S. Carr this search offers a comprehensive search ability through our home's files going back to our beginnings in the 1930's. Visitors should understand that these records are only of those people who our Funeral Home have served in the immediate South Plains area of West Texas. At the present time you can access our records covering the years 1931-36 and 1942-61. Starting in March of 2006 there are links to the person's on-line obituary. As we continue to input the information we will eventually have the entire record set on-line.

You can conduct your search based on family name or cemetery name. Extensive additional information is contained in the actual file that is presented. In entering your search please use the surname form where you capitalize the first letter (e.g., Smith not smith or SMITH). You can also enter just the first few letters if you are unsure how the name may have been spelled (e.g., Gon for Gonzalez) and it will search for any variations.
