Shelby Cheyenne  

    Services for Shelby Cheyenne, 12, of Lubbock will be 10:30 a.m. Monday, February 8, 2010 at Bethany Baptist Church.

     Shelby Cheyenne was born June 25, 1997.  Shelby was a sweet girl with a big heart.  She loved to go swimming in the summer and spending time with all of her cousins.  She enjoyed soccer and was very much into fashion.  Shelby loved being an aunt, and would brag to everyone about her niece and nephew.   She was really proud of them. Shelby was so kind to everyone that she came across, and touched so many lives with her beautiful smile and sweet spirit. She loved music and would sing and dance every chance she got.  Shelby was very creative and loved to draw.  Our sweet Shelby had accepted Jesus as her Lord and Savior and enjoyed reading out of her Bible.  Shelby was loved and will be missed by many, but we will someday be reunited in heaven with her. 

     Shelby is survived by her loving father, Elias Gaona; step-mother, Beverly Gaona; sisters, Crystal Gaona and Jolean Coffman; brother-in-law, Michael Coffman; step-grandparents, Mike and Linda Gifford of Midland, and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
