Elizabeth Teeter   

     Services for Nell Teeter, 75, of Lubbock will be at 2:00 p.m., Monday, July 12, 2010 in Sanders Memorial Chapel.  Burial will follow in the City of Lubbock Cemetery.  The family will receive friends from 6 to 7 p.m., Sunday at the funeral home.

     Nell Teeter went to be with her Lord and Savior on July 8, 2010.  She was born June 3, 1935 in McKinney, TX to J.C. and Ruth Cashon.  Nell married the love of her life, Melvin Don Teeter, on August 1, 1952 in Lubbock, TX.  She and her husband farmed for over 60 years in Lubbock and Hale Counties; she was also employed at Texas Instruments for fifteen years.  Nell was a member of the First Baptist Church of New Deal where she was a Sunday School Teacher.

     Nell was preceded in death by her parents; her husband on August 19, 2009; and a daughter Tonda Renae Beeler, in April of 2009.

    Loved ones include her sons, J.C. (Teresa) of Chandler, Ariz. And Kelly (Jessica) of Shallowater; grandchildren, Shad, Shaun, Cody, Heath, Ratonia, Ralynn, Nikki, Melanie, Jonathan and Kayla; sixteen great grandchildren; brother, Carlton Cashon of Decatur, TX; her sister, Wanda Wynn of Anna, TX and son-in-law, Hubert Beeler of Idalou, TX.
