Lloyd, You and Sam did a fine job. Lloyd has been so helpful and when we brought the photos and flash drive with photos his team jumped into action. They move a table into the chapel, put a linen table cloth on it, got easels for the photos, they brought in flowers and plants and put them around the tables and easels, around the railing. Lloyd went and brought in another tall easel and brought in mother's childhood photo in a frame and put it by the sign in book. It looked so perfect. Lloyd is really good at his job and his staff is excellent as well. Sam, who prepared mom came out and spoke to us, telling us she would be ready in 30 minutes. When we came back after WF. We were astonished- they had Mom ready and she looked beautiful. The clothes, makeup, hairstyle, looked so nice. The casket looks elegant too. My Mom looked like she was sleeping!

I wish to express my gratitude for the professional,, competent,and caring service we received from all the Sanders staff. Every wish, every detail, every request for our dear mother Eldora Jane was quickly fulfilled with no hesitation. And the presence of Mikey and Buggs made us feel like family every time we entered your lovely facility. A million thanks, seems not quite enough. Blessings to all the staff.

Dear Sam and Sanders Staff, When it comes time to say thank you, the words seem minuscule to what the heart feels. The "relationship", if you will, began when our Mother went to Heaven (2010). Daddy and we children were pleased with the care, kindness, compassion everyone portrayed.. As well as the organization of the smallest detail. We then experienced the same, three years later (2013) when Daddy's fourth child,, our brother, left us. Little did we know, we would "meet again", almost 4.5 years later (2017). This time to lay Daddy's body to rest. His soul in Heaven and we on earth left to put the pieces back together. Once again, Sam and the staff came through. Sam had all the details already from a "pre-burial" policy Daddy had setup with him after Mom's services. As crazy as it may sound, knowing Sam/Sanders was "coming to pick up Daddy" was like a breath of fresh air because we knew he would be well taken care of, down to the minute detail. By this time, the love shown us was from extended family, Sanders Funeral Home! We appreciate all of you. Sam, from your "particularness" in how Daddy looked to the long drive to the Amherst Fairlawn Cemetary in freezing, windy weather. When we went back to the cemetary, two days later, we took note of how the flowers were carefully placed on the grave. This not being specifically requested, just arose from a question asked when we made the final arrangements. Details! Words aren't enough but we say "Thank You"! Until we meet again, hopefully it will be for social, not business! Be blessed and continue to give as you do, from the very bottom of your hearts.
