Brenda Marie Jordan, a beloved mother, daughter, sister, and friend, passed away peacefully on July 12, 2026, at the age of 64. She was born on May 21, 1962, in Flint, Michigan, and spent her final years in Amarillo, Texas, where she made countless memories that will forever be cherished. Brenda's journey in life was marked by her unwavering strength and independence. A graduate equivalency diploma holder, she thrived in her career as a broker in the mortgage industry, where she was known for her dedication and integrity. Despite her professional achievements, Brenda's true passion lay in her love for family and the joys of life lived simply. She was an enthusiastic traveler, finding solace in nature while camping and fishing. Brenda had a particular fondness for refurbishing furniture, breathing new life into old pieces, much like the love and care she infused into her relationships. Her horses were a testament to her nurturing spirit, and she cherished every moment spent caring for them. To Brenda, family was everything, and she took great pleasure in gathering everyone around her, often with a fortunate dog happily at her side. Brenda leaves behind a legacy of love and resilience. She is survived by her son, Donnie LeBeau; daughters, Jennifer LeBeau, LaTasha LeBeau, and Crystal Rodriguez; her grandchild, Chelsi-Sue Barelle as well as twelve additional grandchildren and four great grandchildren, her mother, Barbara McClendon; siblings, Michael Shelley, Kevin Shelley, Kim Shelley, Vickie Shelley, Brian Shelley, Tammie Collins, and Freddie Shelley. In honor of Brenda's remarkable life, the family will announce a celebration of her life at a later date, a gathering that will reflect her spirit and the love she shared with all who knew her. Her remains will be cremated, and her memory will live on in the hearts of those she touched. As we remember Brenda Marie Jordan, let us carry forward her love for adventure, her devotion to family, and her unyielding strength, ensuring her legacy continues to inspire those who had the privilege to know her.
