Sarah Janese Lowe was born to Dudley B. and Edna Marie Hampton August 15, 1943 in Plainview, Texas. She lived with her beloved Grandparents until she was 13 when she moved to Lubbock to live with her mother. She graduated from Lubbock High School in 1961. She retired from Covenant Medical Center after 43 years due to health issues. She taught the Teen Sunday School for many years at College Heights Baptist Church. She married Doyle William Lowe in 1964 and was blessed by two children, Cynthia and Matt. She and Doyle were married for 56 years. She was a good cook, her family and friends enjoyed her "Granny" cookies. She was preceded in death by her parents, grandparents, Clyde and Anna McClain; brother, William Flavous Wallace and sister, Gwendolyn Faye Jones. She is survived by her husband, Doyle; daughter, Cynthia Tyner and husband, Lanny; son, Matt Lowe; grandchildren, Kendra Roberts, Kirsten Smith (Kris) and Zakkery Lowe; great grandchildren, Taden Roberts, Conner Smith and Kacie Rose Smith; brother, Don Wallace and wife, Loretta; special niece, Alice Marie Jones; special aunt, Neva Borchardt; numerous nieces and nephews.
