Lynn Sands

Lynn Sands, a beloved husband, father, brother, and friend, passed away peacefully on April 22, 2026, at the age of 57. Born on May 19, 1968, in Snyder, Texas, Lynn was a man of quiet strength and unwavering commitment. Raised in Snyder, he graduated from Snyder High School in 1987 and went on to earn an Associate's Degree from Western Texas College, laying the foundation for a life dedicated to hard work and service. Lynn built a successful career as a fabricator, dedicating over twenty-five years to Halliburton and the last five years to Pick Up Pals. His exceptional skills and work ethic were matched only by his readiness to lend a helping hand to friends, often prioritizing their needs even above his own. Above all, Lynn was a family man. He cherished his wife, Jenifer Paige Davis, they were married on October 1996 in Matador, Texas. His greatest joy came from spending time with their two sons, Zachary Bryce Davis Sands and Terrance Allen Sands. He made countless memories camping and enjoying the beauty of nature with his family. He welcomed special members into their family, including his "very special girlfriend,"Cheyne Gallardo, and his "Little Buddy," Cove Gallardo. These relationships exemplified his nurturing spirit and the love he cultivated for those around him. Lynn is survived by his loving wife, Jenifer Sands; his mother, Lillian Sands; his sons, Zachary and Terrance; his, "adopted son, Justin Miles Langehennig and Marissa. His siblings Wade Sands and Doris; his sister, Delores Vaughn and Butch; and , Lloyd Sands and Sue, Dale and Cynthia, and Gene Sands, as well as his brother-in-law, Dustin Davis and Jodi. He will be profoundly missed by his family and friends, whose lives he touched with his unwavering support and genuine kindness. In honor of Lynn's life, visitation will be held at Sanders Memorial Chapel on Friday, April 24, 2026, from 5:30-7:00 PM. Private graveside service will be held at Hillside Memorial Gardens in Snyder, Texas. A memorial service will take place at Live Free Indeed at 8701 Upland, Lubbock on Saturday, April 25, 2026, at 2:00 PM . Friends and family are invited to gather to celebrate Lynn's remarkable life, sharing memories and honoring the man whose love will continue to inspire those he leaves behind. Lynn Sands will be laid to rest, leaving behind a legacy of love and dedication that will forever resonate in the hearts of those who knew him. Lynn was preceded in death by his father, David Sands, uncle, Frank Trojack, nephew Caleb Reid Sands, and great nephew Tucker Eugene Sands.
